A sole proprietor is not considered a registered company in South Africa and therefore you would have to open a personal account with TDMarkets. To open a corporate account would require documentation which you would not be able to provide due to those documents not existing unless you had registered a company with the CIPC. These include, but are not limited to, a letter on incorporation, letter of good standing from SARS, board resolution stating that the company may open an account with TDMarkets as well as other documentation like proof of operating address.
We recommend that you register as a personal trader with TDMarkets by visiting
http://secure.tdmarkets.com/Redirect?... and filling out the registration form. If you would like to register as a corporate client, you will need to first register your company and then contact us for a list o the required documents.
